Heart Health: Living Post-Stroke, a Caregiver Talk Show

When we think of February, one of the first things that comes to mind is Valentine’s Day hearts, but February is also Heart Health Awareness Month. The NC-FH AAA is pleased to have stroke survivor Tina King join us to talk about her experiences living post-stroke. After spending months in a rehabilitation hospital relearning the basics, Tina now enjoys advocating and supporting heart health and raising awareness for the signs of stroke. Heart Health: Living Post-Stroke will be held Wednesday, February 17th at 2:00 pm - guests can attend either online via Zoom or join the Zoom by telephone. You can register at www.ncfhaaa.com/seminars.

The Caregiver Talk Shows are a regular series of outreach events to provide news and tools for those caring for loved ones, and the talk shows are generally scheduled for the 3rd Wednesday of each month. If you would like information on future topics and our Caregiver Newsletter, please let us know.
