Talented Older Kansans Invited to apply for Sunflower Seniors Got Talent! Events
We are inviting applications from talented older Kansans age 65 or over for two “Sunflower Seniors Got Talent!” events.
People over age 65 who wish to be considered for the event line-up should send a two-minute clip of their performance and complete an application. The professionally-produced events are slated for “Young At Heart Day” Friday, Sept 6 at the Kansas State Fair and Sunday, Sept 29th at Emporia’s historic Granada Theatre. Both events will showcase the talents of Kansans age 65 and over.
Event Date and Details:
Friday, Sept 6 Kansas State Fair, Hutchinson 2-4 pm noon. (Applications due June 30, 2024)
Saturday, Sept 29 Granada Theatre, Emporia 3-5 pm. (Applications due July 16, 2024)
