Managing Holiday Stress During COVID, a Caregiver Talk Show

Managing stress during the holiday season is never easy, and the COVID-19 pandemic adds a whole other layer of uncertainty. The NC-FH AAA is pleased to have Amanda Cunningham join us to talk about depression and COVID considerations during the holiday season as part of our monthly Caregiver Talk Show series. Cunningham is the Chief Executive Officer of Crosswinds, a community health center. Cunningham’s presentation “Managing Holiday Stress during COVID” will be held Wednesday, November 19th at 2:00 pm - guests can join either online via Zoom or by telephone.
