The Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) has received reports of individuals being unable to access the Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation Hotline. KDADS is working diligently to resolve the issue, and advises Kansans to continue to report suspected cases of Abuse, Neglect, or Exploitation in an adult care home, medical facility or home health agency to the hotline via fax or email while these issues are being resolved.
